Fellow Racers, Fans and Supporters,

What happened during the Parker 425 this weekend is unfortunate and a huge disappointment for everyone involved with our Team, including Sponsors, Employees and Fans. Our racing program is not just a fun hobby - it is a business. I want everyone to understand that it's business and nothing personal against Casey Folks or anyone involved with BITD. We enjoy racing the series and feel Casey does a good job, and we're going to learn how difficult a job it is for Casey and other promoters in the very near future with Stadium SUPER Trucks.

We have a serious issue in regards to what Casey has said we did and what the rules allow. First and foremost, we want to hear the alleged recording of the radio communication with the helicopter. The rules specifically say "No aircraft permitted for the purpose of race support." We used our aircraft to film within the bounds of the Section 8 rules, which I have listed below.

Here is what the rulebook says in section SEC8:

The rule book does not say what this BITD official posted:

In addition, we use a helicopter for the following reasons: SAFETY! SAFETY! SAFETY!

For most of the races, at some point we are the lead vehicle and I want them to protect innocent people, spectators, snow birds, motorcycle riders, atv's and quads playing in the desert that may not know there is a race going on, especially in Mexico, etc. Trophy trucks (Trick trucks, Class 1400) are the most sophisticated race vehicles in American Motorsports today. The rules are wide open with the class being Unlimited and it is inevitable that someday we're going to crash again and as fast as my trophy truck goes, it could cause serious damage and life threatening injuries. If the helicopter is there to service my team or other teams for medical attention it is making the sport safer.

Our helicopter has landed on multiple occasions to make sure that other competitors are okay when in distress. Last year for example, at Vegas to Reno with the Mastercraft trophy truck and this race our helicopter landed to assist a rolled over vehicle that was stuck in a ditch. Our helicopter did that not to help us win a race and not because we are somehow required to do so, but just because someone needed help immediately and our helicopter was there. I know the people in off-road racing, and I know that they would return the favor if we needed it. That is the way we operate.

Last but not least, we use the helicopter for video production.

Facts: Until we hear the recording that BITD alleges exists, according to our understanding of the rule book, we didn't do anything wrong. We will have to stand up for ourselves on this matter as I take great pride in this issue. This is our business and we support ourselves by winning.

We won this race.......and it's really a bummer that we have to defend the results.

Thanks for the continued support, see you at the next race.

I think this decision will hurt BITD equally if not more. Look at the big names that race SCORE that were'nt there and maybe never do run this race. With shitty decisions like this with nothing to back it up - why would other big-names want to even consider coming to race in another BITD event. (I know they have some good events)

Also, what dictates the 15 minute penalty vs a 5 minute or 30 minute penalty. Is this at their discretion? My point being if anyone thinks they can win by a 15 minute margin with the assistance of radio communication from their chopper. May as well get that support from start to finish. Right?

Hey Javier ( Chup ) we ain't gonna hear from that chicken shit . Like I said he's gonna hide in cyberspace and talk crap he won't dare come on here .

Well Casey ? -Man up- Show the proof .

... Just another Monday after Robby has competed in any motorsports event. When will he catch a break? I'm still furious with Nascar about the "illegal" bumper cover of 2008.

Or Montreal!

Or the Helmet Toss!

Or, Or, Or!

The real deal here lye's in the name of the series.
BITD.
Robby never raced here to my knowledge until last year which he never even prepared for.
Kicked their asses and thus showed them he was indeed the "BEST IN THE DESERT".
Looks like he could have backed that up this year with a different team, "His Own", supporting him.

Somenoe got spooked by that threat so maybe that is why the one post said that Casey never even knew there would be a penalty. That is until he was told by someone else that supposedly came out of the trailor and told him while laughing about it.

Maybe Casey isn't actually running the show here but instead is just the front man for whomever has the Big Bucks.

Just 2 cents worth to think about.

If this is the case I think whomever has those big bucks should look at two scenarios/examples.

1) Dana White, With someone elses money bought UFC and has turned it into a multi billion dollar monster. This is mainly due to the fact the the investors have allowed him to have control and run UFC as he sees fit.

2) Tony Stewert, Gene Hass tried for years to build a successful race team to no avail. Gene then decided to GIVE yes GIVE Tony 50% of his team to be an equal partner in the endeavor. He has allowed Tony to pretty much run the team as he sees fit and look what it has become as a result.

From every thing I have read in regards to the BITD series it has been growing quite rapidly in popularity as well as the number of and quality of its sactioned races.

They do not want to Shoot Themselves in the foot as one Negative poster here keeps saying Robby is doing.
Another 2 cents.

BITD has ALWAYS been the IHRA of off road racing.

A lot of TT teams ran the Parker 425 because... well it's Parker and it's the first race of the year now.... Robby has raced it many times.

With Roger buying SCORE and creating the HDRA and merging them.... BITD will have some back seat issues because SCORE/HDRA combo now has a real ammount of races in the USA... And if you want to win the SCORE/HDRA Championship you will have to run in the USA... Like in the 80s and early 90s.

Roger and Robby are not the best of friends. But I know Roger and Robby... I think their professional workings will never let other crap supercede professional choices.

Robby has been racing Parker since the 80s when it used to be ran through Ca and Az. The course was brutal.

I was not saying he had not raced in Parker I was saying he was not running BITD series as in for the full season sorry if I misrepresented my meaning.
