Talladega---Would be cool if RG was in the #33

RG Fans---Just a thought. It would be so cool to see RG driving the #33 for Richard Childress at Talladega. If nothing else just to see what RG can do with top flight equipment/motors to compare against what we have at RGM. Maybe RG could pick up some information while in the garage area. I know---go ahead and blast my post---I admit it's a little bit crazy

I cant wait to get in line for an iRob SPEEDphone. Surely it'll be part of that deal when Brad K is on board. Oh & don't forget the twitter sponsored special paint scheme. Also, since monster signed Snoop, RG should sponsor ICE-T, & have him drink SPEED on SVU....& Coco tattoo it on her....assets.

OK Offroad Heads, who can give me a bio on Ryan Arciero and any clashes he may had with Robby in the past? Turns out that he is one of the driving coaches at a local track for Jetta Cup TDI cars and I will be there next month. Just want a litte dirt in case I meet up with Ryan.

Hi Robert, You are spot on with your analysis, I still believe Robby is spread thin and is only losing because of this. If he went back to driving for a well financed team, brought his own energy drink sponser with him, he would have a better chance of competeing in the NASCAR circus. We all know that unless you have a multiple car team with lot's of money, you are chasing bad money with good money. Take a look at his last two offroad wins, he drove a well prepred car and can win. Look at his current off road team, lots of DNF's. I firmly believe, and I will probably take more BS from guys on this site, but I believe he is a great driver, the real problem is keeping the team and cars at the cutting edge and what is that cost? I look at the guys running his offroad shop, and all you see is the baggy shorts, tattoos, and the hats on sideways and you get an image of a half ass bunch of guys ridding on the coat tails of his fantastic driving past and ability. When I worked for some great teams, we were always business first, party second, and only after a top 5 finish, after that, you went home with your head between your legs and someone got fired! I have not seen that on any of the teams under RG. That's just my view, I am sure others have things to say as well. You need to look at the success and the failures and figure out why the loses. I say clean the slate at his Off Road shop, rebuild the team,and lets see if that works, on the CUP side, drive someone elses car and let them find the money. Focus on success. On last note, I would like to see Robby drive for an IMSA or Rally team, I think he would be incredible in that venue!

A contradiction.

So if I see a clean shaven mechanic sporting a crew cut and wearing polyester Dickies bun-huggers and a crisply pressed Oxford collared button down with a name patch above the breast pocket ("Bob") I'm assured he's the best at his profession. But if I see a dusty guy with piercings, tattoos, baggy shorts, and dirty t-shirt working under a race car in 120 degree heat in the Baja desert I can be equally assured he's a fifth grade educated inbred crack head who doesn't know a wrench from a screwdriver.

OK. Thanks. I'll be sure to tell Jesse James that he's a bad mechanic and the world's worst metal fabricator.
