48 Hendrick penalties rescinded

WHAT A CROCK OF SHIT !!!!!
The penalties for the 48 team have been rescinded . The only one remaining was the money fine of 100k . Guess its ok to cheat if you have enough money

Back in 2009 when Dodge delivered the wrong nose piece and nascar gave Robby a penalty..

Since when has NASCAR EVER done anything but stick it to Robby . They never rescinded anything for Robby .

In 2009 when Robby won his appeal on the penalty and got his points back but the fine remained.

2008, Robby's Appeal to be held on March 5th UPDATE 2: #7-Robby Gordon's appeal to NASCAR officials in response to a 100-point penalty and six-race suspension and $100,000 fine for crew chief Frank Kerr is scheduled to be heard on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 in Daytona.(2-28-2008)
UPDATE: nothing official, but am hearing all of the penalties [points and crew chief suspension] have been rescinded BUT the fine was increased from $100,000 to $150,000.(3-5-2008)
Punching Shrub cost Richard the same amount.$150K
