STAGE 10 TRACKING

STAGE 10: Iquique > Arica

Connection 317km | Special Stage 377km | Total 694km

COURSE OVERVIEW

The drivers will be overcome with even more intense sensations early in the morning. It is precisely at the beginning of the special stage that they will be deeply moved by a spectacular view, combining sand and waves, which continues for several kilometres. The theme will remain constant, since the most experienced experts will be able to surf on the dunes which stretch out for around a hundred kilometres. On the other hand, the difficult fesh-fesh area that will have to be tackled at the end of the special stage will bring everyone back to the tough reality of the long-distance rally.

RG is thru WP7 down 13' 48"

De Villiers is impressing me with his Toyota. He has that thing moving pretty well for as little testing as they supposedly did.

And 14+ minutes down, looks like it will be a race for 2nd instead of first now.

Why do you guys think its over? Theres plenty of time. Heres how I see it, Robbys a straight away down, in traffic, with 10 laps to go at Darlington with fresh tires, while everybody else has 50 laps on theirs.

Is it hard, YES, can he do it, YES.

I never said it is over myself.
Just made a few statemente about how I feal.

It will be over on Sunday.

Till then you never know.

Thank you. Now is not the time to be negative. Robby is a great driver. He will do it!!!

Listening to the interview I am wondering how much more Peterhansel can get away with.
Yesterday he clearly hit the guy on the bike in the water and today he is blocking and causes a wreck.

Where are the penalties?

The way I see it he should be racing Roma for the overall.

Robby wouldn't want to win that way...

Win What Way?

Huh? It's racing. You take the wins any way you can. You can bet your bottom dollar if Rob's Hummer had hit a biker in such a manner a penalty would have been issued.

Hell if it was Nascrap and Robby did that he would be banned for life.
