Robby to Chevy in 2011!

From Jayski : Robby back to Chevy: #7-Robby Gordon says the Chevy-to-Indy move is just perfect for him, and he says he'll be a part of the new Chevy Indy operation. Gordon is preparing to run next spring's Indy 500 with his own team (it will of course have to be with a Honda engine). And Gordon says he expects to make the NASCAR jump next season from Toyota back to Chevrolet. Gordon, who heads back to Mexico in a couple of days to run the Baja 1000, says he's one of five men with a shot to win the 16-hour marathon. But it hasn't been such a great year for Gordon, who last year's off-road championship but who this year has been hit with mechanical issues, most recently with his off-road transmission."

We will see - Menard is at RCR he has long ties with RCR and Menard and i think when Robby started this team he was running Menard motors --blowing up every race then he went to DEI motors --Im glad hes back to Chevy the off road stuff has always been Chevy

I hope that he pays for his motors with SPEED ENERGY, which in turn gets sold at Menards stores. Then its just a win/win.

This would have to be good news, one way or another. Now one has to wonder where the sponsorship will come from. Polaris stuck with him, I guess that's something. (at least two races worth of something)

John Menard has been a great supporter of all that is RG for years. I don't think it to be coincedence that John/Paul Menard are moving to RCR, & now the rumors are RGM will go to Chevy. Hmmmm. Can't wait to see the 2011 Polaris/Menards Chevys.
