STAGE 13 TRACKING

STAGE 13: VILLA CARLOS PAZ > ROSARIO

Connection 519km | Special Stage 180km | Total 699km

COURSE OVERVIEW

Aspiring winners will certainly be those who find the 180km of the day’s special section the most difficult, designed with twisty, undulating routes, faster sandy and rocky sections… leading to significant levels of stress. For most of the others, the 699km to be covered before reaching the podium in Rosario will be a relief. To be enjoyed without moderation…

The GREEN section of the route is the connection , the RED is the Special Section of the stage.

Barrett Jackson starts in 7 days, and for the first time in 5 years I'm not panicking to get cars done.

Which also meant 7gason7 spent the whole DAKAR with us, Thank you

Hey, that's right. I forgot about that.

Too bad I didn't win powerball woulda been cool to bid on cars . That Jay Leno Harley F-150 looks really cool

B-J Scottsdale no less.

Well, I just lost my job and I'm blaming ASO? Everyone cool with that? ;?) That or they looked at my productivity during Dakar.

Bummer - Like I posted the other day. Dakar is an obsession.

It's all good man. It was never a great fit anyway. Better things are in store. Just wanted to rant with you guys since it isn't public yet, and I am rather sure none of my biz connections are on here.

Plus I couldn't miss a chance to blame ASO.

Did Robby and crew make it back to the USA yet..??

Not to be that guy and want nothing more than to see this whole situation quickly become part of the past but ...I think right now there are some folks walking around with hot gum on their shoes and the sounds of crickets are all we are going to get for a good spell. To keep the conversation alive focused on the rally itself and the upcoming events would be ideal however I to wonder if and whom have returned. I'm sure there is a tangled web on this being international and all. I don't know what folks on the team are interested in and I know it aint no vacation but after all that work I'd be wanting to do some angling and actual looking around. I guess that's all a wash now but I think if we are going to get anything from the team it will be a while. We should be learning more as the Hammer throw gets closer. Till then Robby Gordon news may be like watching the horizon with binoculars. I look through the curtains most every day ..but i'm just me.

French Connection- “They give the nightly driver’s meeting in French,” Kellon Walch explained. “It takes about ten minutes to give, and then in English there is a one minute summary where they tell us to be safe out there.” From Stephane Peterhansel’s refueling scandal to Sheldon Creed’s disqualification, there is definitely a language barrier with the ASO. We saw this on the media side as well, as it was often difficult to get the information we needed to do our jobs in an efficient manner.
I believe we noted this all the way from the USA.

So there basically stealing entry money from teams other than frenchies, F em!
