STAGE 1 TRACKING

STAGE 1: BUENOS AIRES > VILLA CARLOS PAZ

Connection 663km | Special Stage 170km | Total 833km

COURSE OVERVIEW

The competitors will be rapidly plunged into the heart of the Argentinean countryside. The combination of the route’s different features means that there will be something for everyone, while sticking to relatively simple criteria, for the time being. Fast tracks coupled with sharp bends will divide up the vehicles, according to the levels of the drivers, who will be tested in an exciting environment which marks this first special stage, but without singling out any particular category. At the end of this warm-up, the day will fi nish with a long liaison section to the first bivouac.

The GREEN section of the route is the connection , the RED is the Special Section of the stage.

Love it ...Gas on Robby !

Poor Nani, from hero to zero.

Nani officially out?

I'm not sure, but it looks like he is going to get there via tow but many hours down.

Quote from live feed:

Nani Roma has just been towed through CP2 by his assistance truck, 4 h 40 down on Nasser Al-Attiyah. The gap's only going to get wider, as the Mini driver is moving at 40 to 50 km/h. Nonetheless, it seems he lives to fight another day.

not in the list yet ....

One Down !

I just want RG to go a few stages with no issues to report at the end of the day. Stopping to close the door because of dust and having sensor issues is minor, but still are issues. Great third however, can't image what will happen with no issues however.

Do we know the issues Robby had then ??

Just what he talks about in the audio here - http://www.dakar.com/dakar/2015/us/stage-1/quotes-all.html But know info on the details or if they can be fixed.
