I race motorcycles off road on the Big Island of Hawaii and I found that the faster I go the safer it is, this is because the wheels act as Gyros keeping the bike stable at high speeds on nasty lava rock strewn 4WD trails/roads and over a’a’ and Pahoehoe lava flows...the bike will ricochet off rocks violently but won’t slam me down, I call it "going faster than the crash” Kurt Caselli road at Gyro effect speeds, thats why he was always way ahead of slower riders dust plume’s, unfortunately he hit an animal causing his death.

If Robby built a new chassis with a built in electric powered 10,000 rpm Gyro that would be pitch & yaw sensitivity computer programed, his Trophy Truck would make a quantum leap in handling and speeds through the whooped out sections guaranteeing all four wheels touch down off every butt cinching launch allowing the suspension to do its job better sucking up the hits with all four wheels tagging down instead of being out of shape landing on one or two on initial contact.

This Gyro effect could be worked out on a model Robby radio controlled truck...Just sayin’

Suddenly, I got the urge for some greek food! Mmmmm!

Gyroscopic effect is what helps keep RC motorcycle toys upright.

It's also been used to a limited degree within the KERS system in F1.

ROTFLMAO
Are you finally hopping on the RC racing bandwagon WJM ?

Not a chance.

Lol
What's the gyro effect 4 big ass tire and wheel assemblies? Wouldn't magic see thru all dust vision goggles be worth more?

Could mount a big ass killer dual purpose fan behind the radiator to blow the dust away 1/4 mile ahead, but shit it may be a weight factor...yup shit can that idea...how about a faw reaching vacuum unit? naw naw naw way out of the box thought I think...damn tailgate benchracing can get addictive...hey Swifty!...pop me open another long neck brewski bro! I got a new idea festerin’ up.

Btw Gaston its already out in the RC world . HPI has a kit that helps with their RC drift cars .
