Sorry if this was somewhere back in the thread and I missed it but what was the attendance like? Did they announce the crowd size?

From the pictures it looks like a great event, crowd size looks about what I would have imagined, sounds like good racing and show. All in all I would think that there are some ideas that Rob will change before the next event but just think about what has been accomplished so far and not to mention the logistics involved in this..... Truly amazing. I remember Richard Childress talking about how Rob was a leader and he is right.....RG is an innovator

The side I was on was pretty much full start/finish the back side was less than half full. I would guess maybe 8,000 . It was great was a great show and totally worth the money. I think they need to tweak a few things. It will be cool to say I was at the first one when this is a super success.

From this AZ Central Article:
http://www.azcentral.com/sports/speed/articles/20130407rob-maccachr...

"The roof was open for the crowd Gordon estimated at between 13,000-15,000 and the debut of his 12-event tour."

Taking a shot in the dark guess, they might have expected 20,000, but should be very happy with that number.

Not sure what is relative, do you compare to a Monster Jam event, Supercross, IRL at PIR (which would have loved these numbers), MTOF when it ran at Sun Devil Stadium?

Sure there are a lot of great learnings from Phoenix, RG must be happy, but not satisfied.

Looked like it was a great show and we'll be at Vegas in November.

Does reading through this thread & watching the videos these past couple of weeks want to make anybody else reinstall the old LeadFoot Stadium Off-Road Racing PC game from years back (like early 2000s)? l0l

Even better ive got the Ivan Stewart game on Super Nintendo lol

"re"-install??? I still have it on my computer!!!

For anyone that hasn't played it, you should.

What about Dirt 3?

Here is a link to the little guys testing SST karts. It should be fun for the kids to watch. Any one know If these karts are similar to the Legend Cars?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sPJJMZx8CU

They are Trophy Karts. http://www.trophykart.com/

Haven't seen anywhere (maybe missed it) but who won Miss SST ??

@Turtle, no.Legends have alot more horsepower and are bigger
