Save The Planet - 4 years running - GOAL REACHED!

Thanks for all the support people have given to this website, as today it turns 4 years old. I can't begin to think about the countless hours we have spent here. Good times. Bad times. But we are still here. Great bunch of fans, friends, colleagues, etc. Sorry if I had to delete your posts from time to time, but sometimes, topics need to have containment.

We are going to do all we can to get to year number 5, but we need your help.

we have achieved the goal!! 100% by the 7-14-12 deadline. Thanks to everyone who helped keep us going. It was 100% optional & we appreciate it.

a few planet members who contributed have businesses they want to promote here ( much better than those google ads ) & once we get a few of their banners up, please show them some traffic & give em a click.

The 'planet' has been my 'happy' place when things are not going so well in this economy. I feel like I have a whole new group of friends. Need to keep it running and possibly make a few bucks while we are at it :)

That's a pretty heavy outfit with what I see on the website. It never crossed my mind that folks that live here could be a part of the backbone. Perhaps that's why I remain the equivalent of the guy selling fireworks in "Joe Dirt". Case in point I sent out a small...very small bag of Jerky to a fellow member and the focus of that plan was to send the actual marinade not just jerky, however through haste it never left, also when this latest drive started I realized I had never sent the first "package" I was supposed to about 6 weeks ago. Thanks to all the folks around here, I'm sure if we all got together for a party it would be one hell of a giant.................something.

I only know that version from all the hockey games lol . Didn't even know there was another version . Give me a lil credit at least I knew all the words to that one LMAO . Buffalo Sabres vs Toronto Maple Leafs is my favorite game all hockey season .

nobody ever sings the english translation of the french lyrics.. try and sing it and you'll see why....

I used to be a Toronto fan, until my beloved Jets came back. Now it's only an 8 hour drive to see my team, unlike the 14 it used to be!

Yeah when Chris put up the French translated version I did try to sing it . It doesn't fit with the same melody lol . Hell like I said until he posted it I didn't even know there WERE 2 versions lol . About the only French I know is the numbers and that's only from watching
" HOCKEY NIGHT IN CANADA " lol . I do know 1 more Canadian word though LABATTS !
