Im so down! Where did you find those prices? Sounds like a good enough reason to head west for a weekend.

My mom just booked last min tickets for a trip with my sister, I told her to stop by the statium..I won't be able to make it

I'am giong to try to make it.

I was thinking that someone else would post what I am going to post and I could keep my mouth shut. That hasn't happened yet and as a few of you say you want to go I will speak up now.

FYI - The Los Angeles Coliseum is a majorly total shit hole!!! It needs tens of millions of dollars or more in repairs to bring it into the 21th Century. The neighborhood that is around it is a first class stinking ghetto. The traffic surrounding the place is awful even on days that nothing is happening at the Coliseum. So, you better plan on getting there very early. Parking may be OK once you get to the parking lot as this is not a big event, but plan on paying $25.00 just to park your car. $25.00 for parking, are you listening? And you want to drive a beater car there if you have one as I said up above this place is in the ghetto. Cars get busted into all the time at this place, so plan for it. Drive your nice pre-runner there and expect to take a cab home after calling your insurance company to report it stolen. When the MTEG races were held there I was at them from the beginning. That was what, 35 years ago? Things have to be much worse now. The scumbags would come right into your pit and try to steal anything they could. Some of the scumbags were caught and got their ass beaten servery. In my hands was a floor jack handle ;-), but many of them ripped off the racers and got away.

Please make your plans accordingly.

people even get mugged on Rodeo Drive too, Its a cruel world !

OFR strikes again!

I just listened to the "Down and Dirty" off-road interview with Kevin.

He sure pumped this up - "Be a part of history", "change racing as we know it".....

I'm cautiously optimistic - I hope it comes off well and that it's very good for Speed and RGM.

Mostly, I'm hopeful it's the start of RG getting into weekly racing that is more interesting. Fingers Crossed.

Robby is buying SCORE

I'm in Buffalo.........well pretty close, I can see it across the lake when the weather is clear and...........any way I'm far from L.A. and it's problems and the location of this stadium and any problems that might come about with any of the fine citizens that were mentioned above....................It feels nice. I hope when this thing there happens all goes well with that being said .....................why at this place???????????????? Is there dirt being trucked in for a show of some sorts????? Is there a big banquet room they are using????? I mean why there does it reflect the type of thing that's going to happen? Stadium racing so have it at a stadium?

So sad to hear that even the most loyal of RG fans will not be attending. Tuesday is a cheap day to travel though, but anyways, in response to Bruce Smith posting, click URL: http://espn.go.com/los-angeles/ncf/story/_/id/7930847/los-angeles-m...

This was probably a huge success/relief/puzzle piece for RG Marketing partners as well as others, wanting to use the LA Coliseum.

I expect 2013 will be a turnaround for the LA Coliseum and will be a great place to watch events. Maybe USC will install a stylish looking electric fence around the perimeter with Guarded Watch Towers.
Although the surrounding neighborhood is ghetto, there is a thing called"security". Plus, its not like your staying overnight there or something.

And..as everyone should know; the West Coast and Pacific Southwest, including Southern Californai/Baja California/Arizona/Southern Nevadad(Las Vegas area) packs in the crowds. Why do you think there are so many Dirt related motorsports events in the area: ie. Supercross, Motocross,LOORR, BITD, SCORE, Etc.... its were the opportunities are, the Dirtsports related fan base. When it comes to Dirt Motorsports, if you don't succeed here, chances are you won't anywhere else.

If I had known about this before going to Charlotte TRUST ME ID BE THERE INSTEAD LOL . Had a great AllStar wknd but you all know my heart is offroad lol

Not only is Bruce spot on, but you better be packin as well! You can have all the security you want "inside" the peremiter, but you still have to drive thru the ghetto to get there! I have friends who are in law Enforcement, and in the Fire Service, who drive their "hoopties" to and from work just for this reason...
Yet, I hope RG has something really cool up his sleave for us desert dogs to chew on. Im excited to see what come of this!
Rock on Robby!
