That truck was the Ford Ranger La Victoria truck. It was fast, but way too wide and they never really got it sorted out. It was too big for its own good. He sold it to RCR (Bob Richey) After he left AJ Foyt and went to Derrik Walker Racing in Indy cars,he purchased the Frank Vessels monster class 8 truck to run in the TT class,while Robby and the engineers from Derrik Walker Racing all developed the most wicked TT of its time, the Valvoline low slung TT. Just sayin!
