STAGE 10 TRACKING

STAGE 10: Iquique > Arica

Connection 317km | Special Stage 377km | Total 694km

COURSE OVERVIEW

The drivers will be overcome with even more intense sensations early in the morning. It is precisely at the beginning of the special stage that they will be deeply moved by a spectacular view, combining sand and waves, which continues for several kilometres. The theme will remain constant, since the most experienced experts will be able to surf on the dunes which stretch out for around a hundred kilometres. On the other hand, the difficult fesh-fesh area that will have to be tackled at the end of the special stage will bring everyone back to the tough reality of the long-distance rally.

that is both good and bad news, Robby goes on but it could be for nothing in the end.

You can win the toughest race in the world but you can't win against corrupt people.

Anyone else think that this is kinda odd? Nassar quits and he has won a stage... Robby wins a stage with the same equipment and now after 9 stages this is brought up? hmmmmm minds are wondering?

If you watched the video on NBC sports the other day, Robby was very secretive about his inflation system. Maybe that got someone's attention? Who knows?

Any idea when we will be able to see video of the attempted overtake that resulted in the wreck?

Would love to see the footage as well.. And thank you once again Carl.... :)

You are welcome.
I know I get taken out of context quite often as I am frustrated over the way Robby has been treatd by too many different sanctioning bodies over the years.
None of us know the underlying shit that leads up to the majority of the issues/wrong doings at hand we just see the outcome and that makes it hard for us to swallow.
The bottom line is just that we keep seeing the screwing. Simple example is in the 2nd support truck.
Do you think that if it was say Peterhansels support truck on that baot it might not have gotten offloaded perhaps a little sooner?
Do you think if it was Dale Jr that got passed under yello in Montreal he would not have been allowed to fall back in his original position?

The air pump (inflation system) is a PRESSURE pump and CANNOT supply the thousands of CFM (volume) that the engine would require to provide any horsepower increase. Just like a floor fan can blow air to cool a room and not pump up a tire. A tire pump cant move enough air to cool a room. Physics simple physics.....or I could be wrong and Robby stuck a roots or wipple charger under the manifold? NOT

sounds like under educated Tech officials. I hate dealing with people who dont know crap

And now FOX is using Advrider as the source of the term "redneck supercharging" which FD points out is like spitting in the ocean.

I have a question to anybody who knows, would there be any logical reason for feeding air into the induction system? It sounds like that is what happened, what would RGM do that for?

On the back side of the Mass Air Flow Sensor/Throttle Body it would just raise the idle or lean the mixture?
