Yeah once the new body gets here I'm gonna do what I shoulda done in the 1st place and have it airbrushed . I just thought I'd save a buck and do it myself with spray cans lol . So much for saving money lol

We only produced 800 trucks for RGM...they will be the only distributor of this limited edition truck. If you want one you have to go through RGM. Also, we will not be making any extra bodies or orange beadlocks at this point. The truck looks really cool and you need to get one while you can through RGM!!!

I'll keep making my own version . The official version is a Traxxas Slash the 1st one I did was before it came out and is a HPI Blitz. The one I'm doing now is also a HPI truck but it's the Mini Trophy . This one is gonna be more true to scale . I even have to do all the lettering by hand instead of using decals or screen printing like on the Traxxas version

Besides half the fun of the hobby is customizing the vehicles as you want . By the time I'm done with this project there won't be much that hasn't been changed . I'm adding new tires , wheels , shocks , changing the body , adding all sorts of scale accessories , and basically customizing it how I want

Someone told me I needed a practice rig, race rig, and a spare parts rig.....ha ha, JK, I got 2 kids and me, and of course the wife to wave the checkered flag, which saves me $$ on the 4th. Should be fun....I have seen them in action around the neighborhood already....fast!!!

I have a couple and the pictures do them no justice. they are so cool looking. I didn't realize they only made 800. I am going to half to get another one fore a "Shelf Queen" as some one else put it.

That would be me another thing you could do I'd just buy another body and use that to run with and save the Robby body just for looks . Them only making the 800 makes them very rare and they will be worth alot in the future .

Does anybody know if this truck is available yet for purchase.  The Speed Energy Store still says coming in November.  I don't see anything on the Traxxas website either.

Also, what's the best off-road game for the X-Box 360?
