Good job RG on finishing this thing. Some tough offroad luck but way to endure to the end

I was watching RDC live stream yesterday and they interviewed the car chief for RG's TT and he said plain and simple that it was the co-driver's fault for the "missed" corner. RG is not too happy with the co-driver from Chevy.

tough deal. Hate that they got wrecked.

RG (or any other racer) don't pick their co-drivers? I would think in off-road racing that's almost if not more important than the driver. The amount of trust needed between the two should mean many long-term driver/co-driver teams in this area, at least to me.

So does anyone know who this guy is? And what happened to KW?

Kellon was at Rookie school? The crew said the co-dogs name is Darrel Something or other.

Think Darrell Waltrip would've been a better choice lol

My husband has navigated for Robby before and robby said that he was much better than the other guy. so quit your bitchin'. He knew damn well what he was getting in to.

Yes, Robby hand picked his navigator for this years Baja race. He was my husband.

Didn't mean it as an offence just saying that as far as navigators go Robby should be at the point as to where it shouldn't matter who he has . Robby should pretty much be able to Ironman it by now since he's been racing it so long . And yes I know the course changes from year to year but experience does count for alot

That's an honor & be very proud regardless of the result!

Not a easy job reading route notes, etc. while getting your guts pounded nonstop for 17 hours (and not throw up.)

How many top notch navigators miss a note, a corner, a hazard in the Dakar? Carlos Sainz had the overall in the bag and the nav blew the notes and they ended up on their lid with a DNF.

Shit happens.
