I think if a team runs out of fuel in practice they should either A) not be able to practice if there are any practice sessions left or B). If it is within the last 25 minutes of final practice they should be moved to the back at start of race...

I agree......it takes track time away from everybody else

are you friking serious ? ever think that running out of fuel actually tells you how far you can go on a full tank ? and that's something "good" to know ?
