Just read over on speedtv.com Robin Miller's mailbag about BAM trying to partner with AJ Foyt for a 2nd car in Indy Car. Sounds like an Extenze job to me. I'd like to hear what RG thinks about that since AJ is his long time Idol and friend. Here is the Q & A:

Q: Any chance this BAM Racing/Foyt partnership is going to happen? Will AJ run Joey Hand in the second car? I always attended the races at Trenton Speedway but I don't remember how you finished when they ran the midgets. Do you remember when they ran the twins at Trenton if they inverted the field in the second race. Have you heard how they are going to do it at Texas?

Curt

RM: I talked to A.J. about it and he says they'll try and put something together for Indianapolis with Beth Ann but didn't mention any particular driver. Running in a midget at Trenton in my 10th start ever might have been one of my more stupid moves but, thankfully, the gearbox pitched on about Lap 5 so my life was spared. Bill Vukovich won one of the races that day and said if he ever got in a midget again at Phoenix or Trenton he wanted somebody to take a wheel hammer and beat him with it. No inversion back then, not sure what the plan is for Texas.

Who cares? A.J. and Larry Foyt are big boys. They know what happened with Robby and BAM. That's their problem now. The important thing is "No payment BAM" is no longer associated with RGM.
AJ is wayyyyyyyyyyyyy to smart to get mixed up into something . Hell he's been around racing longer than there have been cars . I think the 1st guy he ever beat in a race was Fred Flintstone lol
Can remember, posting here for RG to be careful when dealing with KC and extenze. And all jumped up and said he was a big boy and knew what he was doing. My how peoples opinions can turn on a dime. Now if Beth thinks A.J will let her roll over on him,she will think what RG has said lately will be mild. He'll hold court and be judge and prosecuter all in one.
Warner has a rep about stiffing artists...........did it carry over and stiff Robby Beth Ann and the whole damn deal? Did Warner entertainment pay Beth Ann (BAM) and BAM stiffed Robby ..................? What I would like to see to help understand the whole mess (yes I like the truth it's easy to remember)............ what I would like to see is one of those blocked text with arrows graphs pointing the money trail. As an Example with out the blocks

Jim Beam $
$
$
$
$ $ $ Robby Gordon

Anyone who deals with BAM (who the helk are they) does not (do they race anything?).....................
TRUST ME THEY DO NOT WANNA SCREW WITH AJ FOYT !!!!!!!!!!
When A.J. says "they'll try to put something together" without mentioning a driver that usually means "show me the money" or "when Hell freezes over."
Maybe BAM will pony up the $ for a second AJ Foyt Indy car and put RG in the drivers seat as repayment for last year.
The BAM partnership is supposedly for the #41 car at Indy and Indy only. Personally I think Foyt IV will be back and in the car after his little hissyfit last year and him "quitting the team".
I don't see AJ IV getting back in one of grandpa's cars for two reason:

1.The birth of his son, AJ V, may have caused him to rethink "hanging it out" in an Indy car.
2. He has a great job working for his father in law, Jim Irsay, as Scouting Assistant for the Colts.
This is BAMS pr people wetdream.
But what is BAM? A bunch of guys sitting around a shop waiting to "do something". Or as what I think a big pipe dream race team by name but not definition working the corporate puppet strings.
BAM is a owned by a couple of wannabe's sponsored by Hope and Pipe Dream, Inc.
