Did you all see what he wrote on si.com yesterday? The entire piece was wrong other than that Robby had 3 lawsuits going on.

Check it out:

Speaking of NASCAR losing drivers to the IndyCar ranks, Robby Gordon appears on his way out of town. Right now, he's fighting three lawsuits: one versus former sponsor Extenze for non-payment, a second versus BAM Racing for breach of contract and a third against Specialized Bicycles for copyright infringement over allegedly using their logo for his SPEED Energy Drink. None of them appear to be resolved in the near future.

His Cup program has sponsorship for only a handful of races, and multiple sources say Gordon has grown weary of trying to fight a losing battle as a single-car, independent owner/driver on the circuit. Off-road sponsors like Monster Energy Drink are the only ones helping keep the No. 7 afloat right now, hungry for the additional exposure NASCAR's fan bases gives their product. Without them, Gordon's car would have already been auctioned off by now, and I don't expect to see him manning the driver's seat much beyond the first five races of 2011. In fact, should IndyCar continue its upward swing, there's a strong possibility the former open-wheel regular might move in that direction for 2012 and beyond.

Hilarious. The best part is when he talks about Monster Energy sponsoring his car and Speed energy sponsoring his car.  Also note that he says "none of the lawsuit will be resolved in the near future." Whoops! one already has!

I do believe he is going to step up & acknowledge his factual errors.

Its either going to be really really good, or really really bad.

If its bad, I almost feel sorry for him.

dead man walking lmao

if that's the case then he deserves some credit, atleast we know his ego isn't big enough to not admit his mistakes.

Such a moving story, in fact it could be called a "Bowel Movement".

Great blog title: Bowel Movements with Tom - Random crap from the world of NASCAR

I like it!!!

Almost reminiscient of the crap storm everyone gave that arrogant red headed step child David Caraviello when he spoke ill of our boy last year...though it only emboldend the little turd even more to be even more arrogant...lol

It's real easy to take a cheap shot at someone you don't even know and your not a fan of, especially when you... SUCK AT YOUR JOB!

What a maroon! talk about phoning it in instead of actually doing any investigating.

I just looked to see if Mr.Bowel (movement) corrected any of his misinformation on Robby, and not so much.He must not have got'n the message.

this just popped up, have not had a chance to read it yet - http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2010/writers/tom_bowles/12/15/nasc...
