Lets see how he does during the historical " Fall Free-Fall" stretch.
Greg Erwin, Gene Nead, and Frank Kerr must laugh their asses off everything they see the #7 running in the back with Walter Giles as the crew chief.
All I care about it this current team getting better. With the personel in place.
I did not approve this message! lol
ya that makes it all better!
I think Robbys out in he Qualifying set up.
I say that to myself every week.
This is pretty disappointing, end of practice shown in 37th. IDK maybe they were focusing on race trim. Who knows, the boss could be "confident" they can rip off a solid qualifying lap without practicing on it.
If they unloaded, in race trim,& Rob didn't like it on the first lap, I can see him doing that.
Anybody get a good look at the front of the car? If so, was it all taped up, or partially open?
" Who knows, the boss could be "confident" they can rip off a solid qualifying lap without practicing on it. "

Are you fucking kidding me ? LOL...

Robbys has always and will always suck at qualifying. It's just the way it is !
Yeah, that was sarcasim TOG.
The second part wasn't though. Robby's never put a huge emphasis on qualifying. I can see them unloding in race trim,& taking a few laps to see how that feels. If it feels good, then they switch over to qualifying. If not (like on the first lap) then they stick with race trim,& work on that. < Thats optimism, tryin to think of any reasonable reason why they'd suck so freekin bad, in front of new money...well not new, but you know what I mean.
Qualifying is so much more important now than it ever was.
Shit TOG, he is sucking at everything now. As I just posted on Robbynews I think he made a fundamental error chosing to run his chassis rather than GEM. If he ran their chassis he would have 3 other teams to compare notes with and with his he has no one. They have at least 3 times better chance of hitting on a good setup each week. He probably made that decision based on money and he is not testing, another money decision. In this game you have to make decisions based on performance or you won't have any money. NASCAR is anything but a cut rate game. I hate to see him performing like this. It sucks.
