And because he ran so well all night , he got a lot of TV time , which as we all know doesn't happen often . It was great seeing the #7 not running in the back all night . Could it be that RGM has turned the corner , and that this is the start of better things to come ? I sure hope so !

Great back and forth battle between Robby and Gene on whether to pit or stay out on that last caution. Robby begging to pit, Gene wanting to stay out.

Yeah I was wondering myself about staying out or not. Dont get me wrong I stoked with the finish! My thinking was that with 5 to go I dont think he would have dropped back to fourteenth, however you always run the risk of getting punted out of the way if you get caught up in a battle with guys going for the win with fresh tires. Great race tonight Gas On, lets get em at Texas!!!!!

I think they made the right call. Good point about getting punted out of the way. Also did you hear DW say his rotors were glowing hot. He could have melted a bead and hit the wall at any moment, finish 25-30.
