So.....what exactly is the deal with the paint scheme?

Is it just to stand out or be weird? Do we have a late signing sponsor with decals on the way? If not, why not just paint "I like crepes' on the back to REALLY stand out and be weird! Anyway, car is looking good....plenty fast.

Good find Alan! I saw one once and believe or not the frame was partial made out seasoned timber. Many of the independent cars in the 20's and 30's had real floor boards and the A-Pillar and roof could be canvas and wood.

To me the car looks ready if Paul Menard does not make the field. Right color, just stick the Energizer logo on the hood and the Menards on the rear quarters.

It looks to me like it may already have some stickers on it under that arrow (notice how think the arrow is). Perhaps it's ready with Menards on it, but he wants to look sponsorless in practice and quals to help attract a real sponsor.
