2009 California Race Weekend Discussion

Join in here and discuss all the weekend activities at California for Robby Gordon. Here is the schedule for the weekend. First practice is Friday, Feb 20 at 3:00 pm EST, followed by Qualifying at 6:40pm, est,. 2 practices on Saturday, and the race is on Sunday , at 5:00 pm ,EST . Don't forget live chat on Sunday, from 10am-10pm.

heeelllpppp meee for some reason im hung over (it started just after qualifing) and at 1200 i have to go to my grandkids birthday party

I wonder if Robby finally listened to TOG and decided to qualify better. Or it could be the toyota deal and the non - Australian CC.

Don't worry if Robby doesn't seem too 'fast' today. He has a good package for Sunday and will be just fine. This is all about trying different stuff today.

yeah but they factored in a 147 mph lap.....he was at a 41.88-41.9 before that lap getting factored in.

but that is why qualifying 12th is important!

Jimmie Johnson will be on the back of the pack by lap 30 tomorrow if it goes green from the get go

Got a lot of laps in this practice.. hopefully they tried things they liked, and worked out any potential bugs. This many laps should have exposed any mechanical issues so no problems like last week. Should be a good run tomorrow!!

ROBBY Holded Back During Final Practice He Looked Good During Qualifying Robby's Smart And Not Given It All During Practice And Saving It For The Race Tommorow.
