TOG,

Do we know what sponsor/paint scheme Robby will be running in the Bud Shootout? Just curious, my gut tells me it will be a freebee race for Beam as a thank you for the last four years, but I have been wrong before.

Thanks!

NASCAR.com had it listed as Jim Beam, but they can never be trusted
Jim Beam Flame Scheme is on the car
dosent matter as robby said...i dont care if it comes back...haha its gonna be in shambles after that races....either junk or the rear end will be wasted after "excessive" burnouts! haha GAS ON!!!
anyone else see that no one got the joke...Robby gets no damn respect....
Yep. hes going to head for the front. On the podium or on the hook I think.
I have a feeling he will beat the piss out of it.
As long as he does so going to the front, I won't fault him.
My only concern is that he will beat the piss out of the car and everyone around him to get to the front that it will cost him friends and drafting help in the real points race...
Nah, RG is an awesome drafter. I think you'll be suprised who DOES want that 7 right behind them to get to the front, express style. Once there, they'll switch to attempt to fend him off. Don't think "they" don't know about RG's kamakazee runs when it comes down to the wire.
I don't think he will drop to the back and wait. I'll bet he gets plenty air time for Jim Beam and stays in the front after a five wide pass................
I just hope no one gets hurt. Back in 1997 Ken Schrader hurt himself pretty good in the Shootout in the Skoal car, and his peformance in the 500 and following races suffered. With the rookies and inexperience in the field, its always a possibility, especially when its the first race of the year with no points and only money on the line.
Once again Matt you bring up a good point! Lets hope for a safe one for all contenders.
