Just wishing we had a way to pull the Dodge Superspeedway car out and have a go at Talladega. With it being a drafting race, it is all about being in the right place at the right moment. I miss seeing that Speed Energy car out there!
Maybe a bunch of us should just pool our dollars and lease the car for the weekend and enter it!!! LOL
Who will drive? I can catch the tires if someone rolls them to me at the wall! Could we steal a motor from a SST truck and plug it in??? No one would notice... right???

I tend to believe the nascar days are a thing of the past
:P(
At least until he has more money than he knows what to do with it.
It's all in on the SST train.......
It's also about qualifying too, which we all know was a factor the last few years.
It's sad from a personal stand point as I've become less interested in watching the races on Sunday this season without RG there (in case you're reading this Brian France). This coming from someone who was at Daytona before I was a year old in 1971 and has rarely missed a race on TV since they began televising them on Wide World of Sports in the 70's, all the way thru the CBS/ESPN years and then the big TV deals.

That was funny, I can say that I do miss RG in some Nascar races, mainly restrictor plates, he always was a good drafting partner. It sucks that RG cant find $$ to run some events, when Bass Pro Shops will announce this week that they have dropped J Mac and gone with Tony and RG struggles to get the coin. I always wonder what would have happened if RG would have played ball with Jack Roush and driven the Keystone car......Oh well, proud of his accomplishments and wish him nothing but the best with the reincarnation of the Mickey Thompson series that is SST.
