That's huge news, 5th in this race is truly huge, and he's still got time to improve!
Kind of in no mans land on time, by himself. Not in a position to pass or be passed, without some sort of failure.

What is the "open" category? Is RG in the lead in that?
Team Dakar USA is the only team in the Open category. So yes, he is in the lead!
So what exactly defines the "open" category compared to the rest of the "cars" Robby's competing against?
I think it's the weight of the vehicle. Over 3500lbs put him in a different class or something.
