Join us for the Dakar Rally on Jan 8, 2009 , right here and chat about the action during the 6th stage.Robby sits in 7th overall, only 41 minutes back.

Stage 6 - Thursday, January 8
San Rafael > Mendoza
Connection: 76 km | Special: 395 km | Connection: 154 km | Total: 625 km
The day’s program is once again full of crossings, since the special begins with around sixty kilometers of dunes. The trail becomes easier in the second part, but competitors might well be slowed down by a wide ford that must be crossed with exceeding skill to avoid an extended bath. On arrival at Mendoza, the rally will penetrate the foothills of the Andes mountain range.

no way this is right
I'm not counting Al wallawalllbingbong....

Robby must have issues..again...I think he is 25 minutes off of everybody...he is through the second cp
The tracking at cp1 is off , due to more cars missing the hidden way pt. he is only 34mins behind devillers
Atleast he shows up now 55+ back ali
may be he was buzy putting a buzz on someone and went over again
Allibobbobaboo missed a way pt. have to track off of devillers.
aliiibabaaa akaa atari or what ever lets just call him ali-spanky
Hopefully all this gets figured out. I was thinking today would be a day to make up some time. With the clearance the Hummer has, now i wish they would have crossed the river!!
So KM201 is the ASS today
Something is off, The nissan and the polish guy are doing the same times as Robby and everyone in front of them have much faster times. 2 Possible Scenarios

1. Robby, Nissan and the Polish guys were together and lost their way
2. All the cars ahead missed a way point and our guys followed the pace notes

I hope the latter is true, all the leaders will be penalized, helping Robby thru the classifications
#2
I was just saying that with my brother! The latter of the two.
