Well that would make me want to throw up if I were him

Oh I think that would be RG's worst nightmare. If these keeps up I see him saying screw FIA and just maxing the sucker out to see where he can unofficially place.

That's an interesting thought. Remember the Montreal Race with Ambrose? :)

Should have said ASO. Mixing up my french organizations.

Not quite sure what is Robby talking about. What limited him? Why was he driving slow on the beach?

ASO SXS speed limit rule 130kph comes to mind

What was the reasoning behind the speed limit for their cars, but not the others? They would have a lower top speed regardless. I just seems that once again they are targeting Robby and his team. Not a good way to try and get more American's on board, if they are going to constantly find ways to penalize their thought process and experience in off-road racing.

All UTVs regardless of class, are restricted to 130kph

Sad really, but he knew the rule of the 130 Kph limit... But on paper, how fast can a Toyota or a Mini go?

Probably 130MPH. In Robby's interview he make it sound like the limit applying to him (and all other SxS's) in the car class was imposed at the 11th hour.

he was in the SCORE open class. No speed limit until they changed the rules last week. Listen to the NBC audio podcast from a week ago.

Last week? Are you sure? The latest version of the rules was published on 19th October 2018.
