STAGE 13 TRACKING

STAGE 13: ROSARIO > BUENOS AIRES

Connection 219km | Special Stage 174km | Total 393km

COURSE OVERVIEW

None of the drivers in the Dakar consider it over until they reach the end of this final day; and for good reason, because every year at least one competitor retires during this final stage. Caution is the name of the game on the fast tracks of the special stage, at the very least for those who haven’t got a position to defend. Because reaching the podium of the 2015 edition at the Technopolis in Buenos Aires is the ultimate goal which they have come to achieve.

The GREEN section of the route is the connection , the RED is the Special Section of the stage.

RG puts the 'show' in Showmanship

To Robby and all the team JC you have got to a lucky sob to sit on the other side of the cab and ride with the best would swap with you in a heartbeat even if it was only for a minute.Well its a great way for the whole team to finish Dakar on a positive to be rewarded for all the late nights busting your arse's to get that machine ready for the next day take a bow.To all the knockers go put up or shut up.Can't wait for robby to come back down under.

Just got home from work. I checked my phone at 6:30 to find it was over and Robby won. Congratulations to Robby, Johnny and the whole crew that kept the Gordini going every day. Also I would like to thank TOG for letting us share the race with him. Also also Mike Kenyon for giving us tech info. We all can learn something from this experience..

A shout out to WJM for hosting 'chat' much of this DAKAR for the Planet!

+1

I know this was a short stage and not everyone was pushing the limits today, but it sure ends the Dakar on a great note. Thanks RG and JC for always being entertaining to root for, and to TOG for running the planet and giving us a place to congregate.

Now when we start talking and what RG is thinking for next year? ;?)

Did we post this one already?

Wow !

would we ever see this for RG at a NASCAR race...No Fu ..ing Way....the reason...he is an American that shows South America respect both by appreciating the fans, and by donating so much of his time and resources to something they enjoy. In this race, and on that continent it is different...its not about TIDE and VIAGRA and PENZOIL and The National Guard, and Penske...its about real life. Robby lives a REAL life. Good for him.

oh and so much thanks for TOG and all the others that keep the planet going....giving us a couple weeks of real enjoyment every year.

PLEASE be more direct about exactly what you need to keep the Planet going...cause Im sure Dakar stickers arent going to do the job!
