That is all bullshit....I think he also had problem before with fuel and the fucking minis no problem at all. What now he needs to bring is own fuel because the fucking French sales bad fuel. Next year need to bring a lease Chinoock helicopter to watch over him. Sorry just piss me off...

Minis run diesel not Gas

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF RG STARTING TODAY STAGE 13
He is on the stage 12 list as the 52nd to start, but not listed in the overall rankings.

mmhhmmm

More questions than answers have come out in this rally. Hope ASO gives him at least a chance to play with the Gordini.

Dakar website is wholly unreliable IMO. They have people missing from stage results one day yet starting the stage the following day. Did they actually finish the earlier stage? Example, Poulter in the Toyota and Zhou in the Mini have no stage 10 result yet have a stage 11 result posted. If you click on Starters on Dakar homepage, then on those drivers numbers (319 for Zhou, 323 for Poulter) and scroll to bottom of page you'll see what i mean.

So who knows what will happen to RG. It's anyone's guess!

Well, they are not on Withdrawn List, they are on the Start List.
I still have hope!

Looks like RG is running, but out of the rally for scoring purposes. It shows 66 cars starting but only 35 in the standings including not him

This would be my guess but still nothing official.

We won't really know what's up until the start. Yesterday #390 wasn't present in the standings but they started and completed the stage. According to their website they finished the day before after dark but were not penalized. Their results for stage 10 are still missing from the Dakar site!

Since "Mini Inc" has determined the podium already, ASO would be missing a lot fan support if the did not let Robby start if he is able to. Not that ASO can be expected to be logical.

This fuel issue has always made me wonder why GM (when they did support Robby, not sure he gets any support from them now) never when with a diesel Hummer. That was about the same time they brought out a new Duramax engine. Might have been good promo to prove durability. (if the engine was up to it. Maybe not). Or even drop in a Cummins. While the roar of his gas V8 is pretty sweet, some open straight pipes of a big bore diesel would get the crowds attention. Just thinking.
