tech inspection

I saw in one of the photos, someone was under one with what looked like a ruler. I'm guessing they are checking the suspension travel as the T4s have rules limiting travel similar to the 4wd cars. Scrutineering is supposed to take place in Rosario, but La Havre seems friendly to Dakar and they have a big forklift, so maybe they are doing some of it early.

not all tech is in Rosario,Robby's racer will be,but. Most is done in France before they ship. It's a time issue thing.

Good to know, I thought it was all done at Scrutineering.

I believe everything with a 'number'd plate' has been and pass'd tech.

I didn't even notice that part. I thought they were just prepping the vehicles for shipping when I was checking the pictures out.

Unique rig RG is using to tow the 5th wheel - never seen one quite like that.

Thanks Mike!

MK answered this for me earlier, it's an International MXT 4x4

I love how Robby can say "they can kiss my ass" on world wide television and they didn't ban him or anything.

Anyone can confirm if the body sape of the new truck will be something similiar to the Hummer??
We need it on the Dakar 2014¡¡¡¡¡ Please RG we are waiting for your new Hummer kicking the ass of the Minis and speccially the Al Attiyah´s one.
Come on RG¡¡¡ Un saludo from Spain
