Dakar 2013?

Will their be a chance to see Robby run the Dakar? If so will Johnny Campbell be navigator again, I think Johnny and Robby work very well with eachother and it would be fun to watch them take on Dakar one more time.

Kevin Wilson just tweeted that his night in Baja with less than 30 minutes sleep will be good training for his many sleepless nights at the Dakar.

So, I'm going to say its pretty likely RG will be there and racing.

I like the subtle hints. Dakar is another few days where I spend more time keeping up with this site and twitter than do any work. Am looking forward to January again.

I'm still sitting in the corner facing the wall for saying that this country needs to be more enlightened on DAKAR (which you would have to explain to them its really not anymore) However if and when Robby Gordon is an official participant there should be an all out mission to get the word out..............I could call the local rag again and make an attempt at doing something but knowing me they would hijack my idea F' the whole thing up and.........that foolish facebook is one way a friend told a friend who told a friend who told a friend who................"I started a joke....that started the whole world crying".

I really hope to see Robby run this years Dakar. One of the reasons why I watch is to see him beat the pants off of those Frenchies. And being Dutch I also keep track of the large trucks.

I would hope RG parks the Hummers this year and drives for someone else and focuses on the SST program. He has done well racing under the RPM team this year. Drive it like you stole it and not having to worry about logistics etc.
