STADIUM SUPER TRUCKS on
NBC & NBC Sports Network in 2013

New York (September 18, 2012) –Robby Gordon’s Stadium SUPER Trucks and NBC Sports Group have reached an agreement to televise the 2013 Inaugural Stadium SUPER Trucks Season on NBC and NBC Sports Network. Starting in April of 2013, NBC and NBC Sports Network will televise 12 races (11 domestic and one international).

Capitalizing on what was once known as Mickey Thompson’s Off-Road Racing, Robby Gordon’s Stadium SUPER Trucks will feature high-flying off-road action motorsports fans have been asking for. The entire championship season will be broadcasted on NBC and NBC Sports Network, with the series awarding $500,000 to the Champion driver of Stadium SUPER Trucks.

“It has always been my dream to bring back stadium racing to the masses. I started my career winning a championship in Mickey’s series and now I want to revive his vision and bring back what the motorsports world needs. NBC Sports understands what kind of excitement and value our show will exhibit. This will be extreme wheel-to-wheel, door-to-door, roof-to-dirt racing action for all ages,” said Robby Gordon, President of Stadium SUPER Trucks.

Pretty sure if they come to Canada it will be Montreal first (fans there love RG and racing in general) and then Toronto - Rogers Center.

I would figure they go to Mexico before Canada - RG is sorta well known down that way...

Agree, but if you look at the schedule the weekend before, they're in Minneapolis MN.... fingers crossed....

That's a good point - Canada is a lot closer to MN than Mexico.

Dave-O ... if its true the you'll have to come on over to this part of Canada and we'll have a few Molson's Canadian - eh!

I would put money on Toronto or Montreal... and I'll see you at whichever one it is.

Let's do that thing.... Party in the Great White - eh! LOL!

Why do I have this feeling Trump asked Robby to be on celebrity apprentice. To make the deal happen

He would probably win. Seriously.

Hard to say. It's a pretty entertaining show. I like to see celebs as they really are in real life.

Wow, this is just the best news I've heard in a while. Hats off to everybody who made this happen.

So....stupid question, but gotta ask... Is Robby racing in the SST races? I wasn't sure that since he is the 'president' per say of the sport.
