I would guess that Menard Sr. (big supporter of Robby's racing efforts everywhere) is an investor in SPEED - hopefully that keeps the drink safely in the Menard Chain.

Everything is okay, It is happening in my menards aswell (Omaha Nebraska). I do believe they are getting ride of the 12oz and just sticking with the 16oz. The 12oz are $5 and the 16oz have always been 5.98 at mine. Also when i go to mine they always have the speed moved. Sometimes on shelf and sometimes on end cap, it prob has to do with the ordering they do. I bet the get a large pallet of speed rather than a couple of cases. Which if they have a large amount they will be placed in an area with more room, and when they start selling them they move them to a smaller space to make the shelf look full and than they fill that bigger space with what they have overstock of. I work in the grocery side when i was younger.. thats all it is...

Do you go to the Elkhorn Menards?

No Bellevue. right of cornhusker

ohhh, so, it's not me,. there are bigger cans,. cool,. haha.

Not applicable to this discussion but I was at the Glamis Beach Store today and SPEED was on closeout for $2.50 per 12 oz can. Down from $3.05 a can. Even though it is expensive, I hope they keep selling it there.

I hope its doing good. I can't order speed online everytime I'm thirsty tho, and for those of us who don't have menards around, or another store that carries it.
I know it takes time, but this stuff needs to get out into stores.

We have it in SaveMart and a local Shell here in Visalia. However, I notice the Shell still has the old logo drinks. I do not know if it means that Robby made a lot more of the old logos than I thought, or that the Shell/local distributor is not selling a lot of them. But glad I get me 6 a week at the shell.

Well if you want to distribute speed go here.... http://www.speedenergy.com/opensocial/ningapps/show?appUrl=http%3A%... Idk if youll be able to become a distributor but its worth a shot. I just sent an email to them a little awhile ago, im wanting to get his drink in store around my area...

i sent an email several months ago. never got a response.

Me too. No response.

Had a friend who works for a major distributorship do the same, no response. Then I wrote and got no response.
