I can only imagine what sort of mood Andrew "Andy" Grider must have been in when he signed this. And what sort of mood the people who handed it to him must have been in as well.

One of the good things about social networking is it is now just about impossible to spin the truth or do corporate damage control. The team leader ("crew chief" or owner, i dont know what team leader means) was up front about their disagreement so I dont know who wrote the letter. It was obviously fake, so I say if Andy wants to stay and follow the raid, he should.

O.T. sounds like a piece of work to me. Obviously not a match (driver/co-driver) made in heaven. Too bad for Andy. I always like him. So sad/too bad/love Dad/your bad for O.T.

Since Andy got along with Robby for several years, I assume he doesn't have a thin skin or is overly sensitive to criticism. And its not like Terranova is a rock star level talent like Saintz, Peterhansel, Robby, Nasser. He's a good, mid-tier driver, his talent about equal to Andy's navigation talent, so get over it O.T., it was supposed to be a team effort. Feel bad for Andy, hope he hangs with the raid and has fun.
