STAGE 4 TRACKING

STAGE 4: San Juan > Chilecito

Connection 424km | Special Stage 326 | Total 750km

COURSE OVERVIEW

The most experienced drivers will be able to enjoy counting the dried-up rivers that they will cross during the day. They will also have time to admire the spectacular canyons of the Province of Rioja, but it is in their best interest to remain extremely vigilant. Nobody will be able to keep up a steady pace during the special stage. Whether it be the navigational subtleties at the end of the route or the small hurdles to overcome, there will be many occasions to lose time here. It is likely that once the rally has reached Chilecito, one or two of the competitors will have already been eliminated from the battle for the title.

looks alot like stage 3 just a little dirt

Looks similar to today. Guessing slow start fast finish. The "off track" will be a test for JC.

added a stage by stage results link at the bottom of the map.

cool but it would be nice for your finger to get stuck on 1 for a few stages

Haha, 1s and 2s

and just like that we have converted into Stage 4 mode

Very difficult stage for navigation. Nasser and Robby should be very cautious.

I noticed in one of the today photos, that the Robby truck has a small camera on the roof just above the windshield. Will we get some videos from this in car camera? I enjoy video from in car camera a lot and watch the Baja/parker 425 ones often.

Yes sir! The roofcam footage is included in the SPEED Energy daily stage recap videos. We should see the recaps of stage 2 & 3 when they get a chance to upload it.

Is there anything that they can do to the Hummers to make the motor more responsive at high allitudes?

To stay within the rules? No.
