I GOT TO WORK ON QUINN'S BIKE !!!
OK maybe I just helped him put some hand guards on, but I did get to twist a wrench on his bike. I got to spend a good 30 minutes talking about his training and what he expects this year. His plan is to try to maintain a top 5 position, and the a podium will just be a bonus. His biggest concern now is to just show up rested because "it just takes everything out of you by the end". It was the first time I got to meet his girlfriend Charlie, who is a really neat gal and thinks I'm great because I bought some t-shirts after I helped Quinn with his hand guards. He thinks he will be running a Speed helmet again this year, but still needs to get the deal done with Robby. I only got a couple pictures because I had my hands full the whole time. Right here I said "You got it scored, just snap it off" It was the little tang where the throttle seats on the brake.

Correct, but the bikes I was pitting ended up 1st overall in the team race and 2nd overall in the Club Cup Challenge! GO HILLTOPPERS !!!

Another thing Quinn told me;
The people from NBC have been talking to him about their plans. It seems that since they bought VS, they will have the budget to do a better job on the coverage. Here's the best part- Quinn told them that we don't want to hear any shit about empaladas !

Looks like SPEEDENERGY Octane color to me ( but I'm red/green color blind so what do I really know)

I'm sure the bikes will be Honda red and white. Very strange to see a support truck that looks like it could belong to the KTM team. It just doesn't make any sense, and I'm pretty sure that Speed doesn't have any distribution structure in Europe yet.

Yup, still too close to KTM, but I guess BelRay colors would be too close to Yamaha.
