Join in here and discuss all the weekend action for the 2011 Kansas #2 cup race. Reed Sorenson will attempt to qualify  & IT IS NOT a full race. Here is the weekend schedule for RGM at the Kansas track.

FRIDAY , OCTOBER 7th

 Practice           12:30pm - 2:00 pm/et   ( TV - ESPN2 )
 Qualifying           5:00pm - 7:00 pm/et   ( TV - ESPN2 )

SATURDAY , OCTOBER 8th

 Practice             12:30pm - 1:30pm/et ( TV - SPEED )

 Happy Hour         1:50pm -  2:50 pm/et  ( TV - SPEED )

SUNDAY , OCTOBER 9th

 Raceday           2:00 pm/et , greenflag at 2:16 pm/et  ( TV - ESPN )

Reed is a good driver, always pulled for him. I hope this lead to something positive in the future. Hope he can keep up the good job he is doing. I feel very comfortable that he can qualifiy the car at any track.

Without Rick Hendrick there to keep 'em in line, the jimmie/chad relationship would've fallen apart years (and 5 titles) ago.

I'm not a 48 fan at all, but give the man credit, Plenty of other team with the sames equipment and has not faired as well. Sounds like they were saying they could do better in the 7 than robby, Given the same circumstances, I doubt it.

No they weren't. The tweet likened running the #7 to a death sentence for JJ winning another title. None of the announcers said JJ would do better, and in fact, no one really said anything about it.
