Reed out of his Nationwide ride

Just saw on JAYSKI that Reed is uot of his ride at turner motorsports, even though he is third in the standings. It appears to be related to his sponsor - Dollar General - leaving for JGR.

It's a shame that Reed didn't have the relationship with Dollar General that some of these other yahoos have with their sponsors.

Dollar General on the #7 next year? Could Reed have talked to the sponsor about moving? Wishful thinking but who knows?

Reed is going to be attempting to qualify the #82 McDonald Motorsports entry this weekend. The #82 was suppose to be driven by Scott Wimmer, but Randy McDonald make the switch to get Reed a ride. They go in not locked in and Reed must qualify his way in. The #82 has been a start & park, but maybe with Reed's points battle Reed and Randy will find the resources to run a full race. A S&P would kill any chances for Reed.

Also this week Ryan Truex is driving the Gibbs #20 NW car. Next week Ryan will be the #99 MWR NW car at Charlotte, so maybe Reed could land the #20 ride if Gibbs has the sponsorship to field it. It was said that Kyle would not be running anymore NW this year due to focusing on winning the chase, so the only two Gibbs cars running are Lagano and Scott.
