Tracks don't want truck races and teams can't find enough sponsor dollars.

How crazy is it that Carl Edwards and Matt Kenseth cannot find a sponsor big enough that will sponsor the car for the entire season. Look at the other Gordon (no, not TOG, Jeff). He doesn't even have one full time sponsor, it is divided up amongst 2 or 3 companies. There is no brightside to this and the Truck series will probably fold in a year or two.

Most of you people read way too much into stuff. Why does this have to do with Robby. Truck series? I like it. Is Robby in it. No so save your thinking for something that is important. Delena and Kevin, who gives a f*ck. And by the way this is a Robby site not RCR. Can someone please agree with me that this RCR talk is annoying as hell. I am banging my head reading these long posts about bull sh*t. Go to childress' site and tell them how much you love them. And tell sadler too. what the hell does he have to do with RGM. This is my opinion and a suggestion.

@Ryan, take a chill pill ! Yes ,It belongs here.It is an insight into the state of stockcar/truck racing in the world of Na$crap. Now the fact you don't get it and or understand the relevance is no reason to blast those that do or trying to understand. If you wish to be pissy ,be pissy at WJM for share the info.
PS, I can't wait to see how being pissy at WJM works out for you.

Ryan discussing KHI closing the doors and moving the NW team to RCR is relevant to Robby, RGM and Speed Energy. The fact that KHI was a power player in two of NASCAR top series and has chose to close shop due to the cost of running a business in NASCAR while they are still one of the best, most competitive operations in those two series, with some of the best equipment and staff has some relevance to RGM and every other smaller team in the sport.

I cant count the times I have read someone on this website suggesting that RGM close the Cup operation and open up in NW or trucks as they think Robby could and would have better results. The fact is Robby running a S&P team in CUP is 6X more profitable then finishing top 3 in the truck series.

Also if KHI has looked at the economics of running several teams in the lower tier series, even with the sponsorship he has been able to place, and KHI still feels it is time to get out, what does that tell you? Oh and dont forget KHI was building trucks and supplying parts for other teams. That is income on top of what the actual team and sponsors were bring in. KHI staffs over 140 employees and is a big business with many different sources of income coming in, and going out.

So ask yourself if Kevin Harvick who has strong ties with RCR, owns multiple truck and NW teams, builds trucks for RCR and for a few other teams has chose to close shop, let RCR run his own truck operation and partner with RCR on the two NW teams. What does that tell you about the state of NASCAR and how tough the economy is?

I'm not feeling all that well. I'd like to care but I'm sure he/they/her/ have a reason for doing so. It sucks that folks are going to loose jobs and everything however it's their move. The way I see it Harvicks trucks run well and I'm sure it costs a good dollar to do so but it has a $$$$$$$$$$$ short fall end of story. I'm kinda bummed out about the brown dwarf star that they are calling a comet "Elenin" to be exact. Will it ruin football season and the chase?
If you have the time here it is I know its not racing but maybe he believes in this.....................
