I need new tires and looking for input from my fellow planetiers. I want to support Robby so I'm looking at buying Toyo's. only problem is there aren't to many shops where i'm at that sell them. So the first question is does anyone know the best place online to order them? (I'm not going to pay out the nose for this)

Second question. I have a 2003 F-250 Fx4 Supercrew Lariat. I also Tow a 30ft Camper so I need a load rated tire. Anyone have anyexperience with load rated tires from TOYO and are they good for towing and such.. thanks for the input.

I can't give you a specific answer, but I can say that I've used the Toyo Open Country Winter Tires for 2 seasons now and they are the best winter tires I've ever had. If the rest of their tires are anything like the open country, you can't go wrong.
I had Toyo Open Country H/T's on my VW Touareg for several years. Great tire. Way better then the Dunlops that came on the car from the factory.

Have you tried the dealer locator on the Toyo web site?
I have been running BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A tires since they came out in the 1970's and am still very happy with them. Not running that original set any longer though..... I wouldn't switch just because RG now runs Toyos even though I am sure they are good tires.
I have a DODGE RAM Mega cab 2500 and tow a lot I have TOYO Open Countrys LOVE THEM
The first thing you need to figure out is; how much highway driving vs hard off road driving you do. My associates who run hard off road, absolutely love the MT from toyo. However my other friends who travel and pull a heavy trailer and do medium to slight trail driving, perfer the all terrain version by a mile. Its your world. Make the right decision.! I have a ChargerSRT8 and Im running the Toyo Proxes 4's. They are the perfect tire for MY driving needs. Good Luck.
Jack we have Toyo Open Country A/T's on two trucks. The first is a 2003 F350 4X4 strait axle 4 door long bed diesel. It has a 2 inch leveling leaf spring in the front with Bilstien shocks. We run the 285/75-16 on the stock wheel. These tires are 33 inches tall. This truck tows a 30 ft long Weekend Warrior Toyhauler trailer that carries a Yamaha Rhino and quad for the kids. The tire wear has been great. This truck is not a daily driver, but when it is used it is typically getting a work out. These tires have been on this truck for more then 5 years.

The second truck is a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 extra cab. This truck has a 4 inch CST spindle lift in the front with a 2 inch block in the rear and Bilstien shocks. The truck sits level and runs the 285/70-17 on aftermarket wheels. These tires are 33 inches tall. This truck is a daily driver and also will tow a open deck trailer with a prerunner at times. These tires have been on this truck for at least 4 years and I sill have good tread. I plan on replacing them sometime early next year.

The tire wear on both trucks has worn evenly and only one tire on the Ford has had to have a patch installed due to a screw in the tire. The Chevy twice has had something in the tire, but both times it have been pulled and did not go past the tread and threw the tire.

Due to previous sponsorships or relationships I have had Yokohama and BFG's tires. I paid full price for the Toyo's and when it comes time to replace my tires I will be looking to put Toyo's back on them.

BTW my choice for Toyo had nothing to do with RG sponsorship. Toyo had just got into off-road racing and at the time we needed tires on the Ford. The shop we used had a good deal on them as they were not as mainstream as they are now. I did not have any other tire deals at the time, so we thought we would give them a try. We liked them enough that when the Chevy needed tires I put the same on it.
Hey thanks for everyones input.. And no--- I'm not gonna run a tire just because of Robby, but I am considering it becuase of Robby that is why I'm asking the question. Basically I just want a good tire and a decent price. Weight rated tires are expensive. Most of what i drive is road/highway, ocasional snow wheni visit up north and small sand pits driving thru some campgrounds in NC. II'm looking at the TOYO Open Country HT 265 7R/16. They have them here. http://www.tiresdirect.net/Tires_P2058.cfm for $168.98 . not a bad price when i compare to other brands with 60,000mile ratings
http://www.treadepot.com/tire/362260.html They are a few dollars more than tiresdirect but if you are not in a taxable state, then the total might be a few dollars after shipping since you wouldn't be paying taxes? Also see that they do price matching so you could price match to tiresdirect.

Order some Cooper tires from them in the past and was satisfied with the way they did business! At that time NC did not get charged tax though.
I run the Toyo Open Country A/T's on my 4x4 F-150. I drive it almost daily, tow my 25ft warrior, took a trip to Idaho, and took some crazy dirt back roads, right after a blizzard, covered in snow (Google maps does not tell you it is a dirt road).. they have handled everything I have put them up to..and I must say I love them. They ride really nice, they are quiet, tow handling is awesome, and I have 25% left with 45k miles.
I am a Toyo basic dealer, Not Master, but I can price them for you.. let me know what you want and PM me..
OK.. I bit the bullet and made up my mind. just ordered my TOYO Open Country HT's for my F-250. After price comparison. TOYO's were actaully a little bit cheaper than alot of other brands with a 60k mile warrenty.. have to give them a try. Only thing I'm missing is White lettering (I actually like that).. Thanks again for everyones inputs.. I didn't hear anything bad about them (such as bad tire wear or anything).. so like I said I'm going for it.
I was happy with them. I bet you will be too.
You might be a redneck...if......You have 4 brand new TOYO tires sitting in your living room...

Fed Ex guy came early. wasn't gonna leave em on the porch.. so just put them inside for now.
