Stopped by the shop today.

With work and my oldest starting college in a couple weeks, We decided to head to Charlotte since we had the day off. Plan was to head to the Nascar HOF, stop by Robby's shop, and ck out hendricks shop.

Well as alot of you may imagine, it wasn't the best time to stop by RGM. Coming off a bad week and busting thier ass getting ready for the Glenn. (I mean really busting ass. working round the clock). It just wasn't feasable to be able to go into the shop or get any kind of tour. But even though everyone was busy, a couple of the great people of RGM still managed to hook us up a little bit. We were able to purchase a couple T-shirts and hats. talked to us a few minutes and let us peek in the dark windows like a bunch of peeping-toms (hands over our eyes trying to see thru the tinted glass..lol).

We also went to Hendrick shop.. never been here before.. Now this really puts thing into perspective.. the story of David vs Goliath. RGM has a really great shop.. Pulling into Hendricks.. this place has so many buildings.. it's like pulling into a college university there are so many buildings. So we go into their museum/gift shop.. and looking around.. There was one guy in there that was one of those hard-core Hendrick fans....He gave me the dirtiest look I've ever seen. guess he didn't think it was cool to be there wearing my Speed Energy hat...LOL.

I was given the newest Robby Gordon photo card.. I promised not to show anyone the back of it yet though...hehe.. I feel in the know now...lol.

I pulled out my photo card when I got one at the shop during the Charlotte race and it had all 3 flavors of energy drinks on the back of it. I'm assuming the new one you have must have the newest SPEED flavor or maybe a picture of a different ride on the back of it?

Thanks for sharing that the back of this car is a secret. I picked one up at the hauler in the garage this past Sunday at Pocono and was going to share what I saw on the back of the photo card. I had no idea that it wasn't announced yet.

Classic---)) OMG thanks for the writing of your story--gets the reader into your visit and I felt like I was standing there with you. Thanks and keep us up to date on the secerts you went back and shared with CAMP ROBBY.

I just wrote that Robby should go and beg and borrow or if need be Steal motor's and car's, brakes, electrical systems and this and that or easier like T.S. did just buy all that from them so that he has EQUAL equipment as the other muff's that race against Robby---!
