Not bringing 2 cars.
Well... just says the team will be concentrating all efforts on the 7 this week and next weekend...could be a good thing!
Pocono is another looong track, so will the motor be RGM or Penske? The Indy setup should be good for the turn 2 corner but the other two are way different from each other and always pose a problem for the CC. RG had no problem with Qualifying here when he was with RCR, so he should make the show. To stay in the top 35, he needs to beat the 71 by 11 positions. Lally finished 32nd here in the spring, so IMO, RG would need at least a top 25 finish if he runs the race.
Penske MQOS Ver2.011-45 engine
LMAO
Jeff Gordon Ownes the 48 ?
yes
I wonder if Jeff actually sign's Chad Knaus's or Jimmie's paycheck?! Right.
Probably some type of hendrick officer.

What I wonder about is how Gordon feels about coming in second to Jimmie so many times... I think he came in second to Jimmie in the 2006 championship too. Lets face it, discovering Jimmie and being a part owner of the 48 is great, he makes money, he gets to say hes proud of Jimmies accomplishments, but lets face facts, theres a good chance Jeffs last chance to get his drive for five was in 2006... no amount of money in the world can make that pill easy to swallow... I bet hed trade all the money he made off the 48 for that 5th, and all the TV interviews where he says it dont matter are just plum dumb.
I think the way the story goes is that Jeff recommended JImmie to Hendrick and Hendrick said put your money where your mouth is and Jeff did and really is a part owner.
Technically Jeff has 9 Cup Championships.... Just 5 of them are as an Owner.... l0l
