So, will Robby let it all hang out and go for the poll or hold back since he's out of the top 35 in owner points this weekend in Sonoma ?

Another second place finish would be very welcome.
+1
same car, improved engineering, penske motor & a hungry driver...I disagree.....
right, screw second place. This is all about winning.
I have to think this is one of a few opportunities RG has in Nascar to really make a huge splash. Winning this race would be huge! Put RG in lots of media, get the team it's first Cup win, put RGM in the All Star Race for 2012 and put RGM in the Winner's Circle payout plan. It would be huge for SPEED Energy too!

It would also make up for alot of disappointments this year with results.
I hope this is finally the year when he can go out there and win it. Hopefully the rebuild was exactly what the car needed and hopefully it will be good for the race although it has yet to be tested. Robby and RGM have had so much bad luck or poor efforts this year that they need something like a win to get tons of exposure, get them headed in a positive direction maybe and give a big f-you to all the haters out there =D
I hope so too. 2007 was his race to win, and fuel mileage killed him. We led half the race.
This has been the year of the small team....hopefully now will be RGM's turn.
He has to go for pole. This is the super dive bomb curcuit. If you get stuck mid field, expect the world to be spinning each other out all day long. He needs to lead the day from front. If he dosent win this Sunday, I am catching a flight to Vancouver starting a riot and then making out in front of it to dull my grief.

On a side note: TOG funny tweet about Marcus Abrose catching on the votes.
