The race might be boring but when we go to Michianapolwaukee it is not always about the race. Especially in the infield where you can see about as much of the race as the fans in the first few rows of the grandstands.

Wasn't last years race the one with the bad wreck, with Kurt and Elliot. Susposedly track fixed now..........

Yup. SAFER barrier installed in the inside of the backstretch and a catchfence has been added to the backstretch as well, ala Kasey Kahne.

RG needs to close the gap on the 32 at Michigan so we are locked in for Sonoma. It would also be nice to pick up those 9 points at Pocono so we are tie with the 21 going into Michigan.

RGM would need 10 pts at Pocono, I think, to be locked in. Isn't the team's best finish the 1st points tiebreaker?

Do a gas mileage thing at the start of the race , if no caution ,stay out long enough to lead a lap then go for 36th. Hard to go a lap down there.

with Long Johns silvers and his last 4 race avg here he will almost for sure run the whole race. they would have left kvapil in if they are just S&P
