Indefinite probation for Richard Childress?

According to a member of a Truck team who asked not to be identified, Childress took off his jewelry before approaching Busch in the garage area and struck him with his fist. The two were separated, traded insults and then Childress grabbed Busch in a headlock and struck him again before the incident was broken up.

The crew member said Childress initiated the incident.

Good for the old man, but I really wonder if he'll get the same penalty Robby got.

DG...........this old dude doesn't take the stand that Kyle is an alter boy. Going back to the original question should RC have been the adult or lower himself to get into an altercation with KB. When you make statments like "the next time you touch one of my cars I am going to kick your butt"...... to save face you have to do something about it or look like an "old fool".

I am going to go back to my origonal comment "what goes around comes around". RC is no alter boy either.

I just watched Nascar Now on espn Brad D. Was talking about the KB/RC incident, and made a comment about Robby and Conway and said their was a warrant issued for Robby's arrest. That's not true is it? If it isn't ESPN needs to correct that statement made by Brad D.

Robby's been in and out of the country many times since Conman had his feelings hurt.If there was a 'warrant' Robby would have been detained and he hasn't.

If there was a warrant, RG is pretty easy to find on weekends. Since no other witnesses ever came forward, I thought this was gone like TOG mentioned.

KB is a really good driver can not take that away from him.but with all good drivers and the desire to win at all cost (like Dale SR)your going to ruffle a few feathers on occasions and make some obviously dumb mistakes on the track. part of being young and of the human race.but from what i saw at the end of the truck race i have seen worse when other drivers drive up to congratulate for a victory.so RC attacking KB is just immature for a man of his position. it was not like it was his son or grandson or any relationship like that.
