Well if they are not matching the talent of the driver, there really is only one person that can change that. Robby is obviously choosing guys that do not have the knowledge. And unfortunatley, I don't think many want to work with/for him. They know how he is.

My only guess is that they do not have a clue on setup, just like almost every other track. I mean really, nothing from last year can help, or how about going down to the Penske garage? I just do not get it. So frustrating!
