Today is a very critical day for Robby and RGM, as he has to qualify on speed for the first time since 2006 in the Cup series.Practice kicks off at 12:00 eastern time and can be seen live on ESPN2 . Pictures will be provided throughout the day.Qualifying kicks off at 3:00 est and Robby will be one of the last 10 cars to qualify.Talk about all of todays action here.

Robby is a go or go homer...... Look at the weather! Is Robby luck going to keep him out of the race? Never mind my question on how to record scanner activity from the internet. It doesn't look like I will need it. Damn Mother Nature!

I though it went by owners points and we are not in the top 35. Is this not correct?

Yes, owners points, and we are not in the top 35. But they still race 43 cars. Rain is actually better for Robby, as far as it ensures him of getting in the race.
But he really needs to qual well to get good track position. Passing is difficult at NHMS.

II live about 1 hour west of the track and we have been raining steady now for 60 minutes and it is still raining here.
