almost thought RG crawled in the car during qualifying with the way KC was hustling the car in the turns, looked very good for him- keep them ear's open KC- RG tutelage ain't cheap
Here is the deal. Stop thinkiking about about that goof ball pretender driving the 7. there has got to be a sponsor who would step up and support the greatest driver of our generation. Here is what they support. Dakkar, Daytona 500, Indy500, Baja 1,000, Baja 500 and Monti Carlo. Stick him in that situation and ask for a top ten in each and he will prove he is the best modern day racer in the world and the spornsors have a feild day.
worked out well so far.....
what do mean?
There isn't a sponsor willing to pay for Robby in Nascar (the greatest driver of our generation) - beyond Texas & Phoenix. Look at 'Dega: the race gets some of the best ratings in the sport, is a place where Robby has proven race after race that he is a player, and yet nothing firm - if anything at all.

I don't think it's Robby, I think it's the terrible value nascar presents to sponsors. Companies don't pay out of the goodness of their hearts (except maybe Menard Sr....)
I believe the primary reason companies invest in sponsorship in any sport is to win, or to be in contention. RGM has to find sponsors who relate to Robby and the team and their 'never say die/ can do' attitude. Maverick brands seeking admiration themselves, for beating the odds.
Want to make a comment here, but ran out of jokes a while back, just waiting for next week to watch the pink machine and hope KC doesn't lose to many points this weekend, still think top 35 will come down to who makes it through Dega in one piece-- If RG has any trouble in his races in the #7 kiss top 35 goodby--- just what me thinks.....
Talking about non deleteable jokes......
Robby will be back in the car at Texas & Phoenix & in the #07 next week at Charlotte.Pulling for KC is optional.
Does rooting for kc not wrecking the car count ?
whatever floats your boat.
Kevin Conway drives a Sprint Cup race car owned by Robby Gordon Motorsports and has won over $3.5 million this year...what do you drive, and how much do you get "paid" to drive it?

That's what I thought!
