It seems after I questioned if team representatives are allowed to be at the NAZICAR R&D inspection I was under false conclusions. I was sure they or any other team that was having a rip down was allowed to be there. Perhaps someone who reads this this and actually talks to Robby or a team "official" could clear this up. However here is the quote from RCRs' expert.

"They came out this morning and claimed it was negated by the telemetry which didn't show a very sharp impact," Manning said Thursday. "We
didn't have any sharp impact, either. We pushed it easily. They said
the visual inspection of the car showed nothing in the way of damage.
Well, after we got through testing none of the cars showed anything of
note or damage. They said the visual inspection of the postrace push
showed they pushed very gentle. We pushed more gentle ... between six
and 10 miles per hour. So what they said was a bunch of malarkey."
Manning said the only way he can have more exact data than what he
collected during the reconstruction at Charlotte Motor Speedway using a
duplicate of Bowyer's car and a wrecker similar to the one at New
Hampshire is to inspect the car in violation. He said NASCAR has not
let him or RCR officials look at the car. "All we get from them is the
stuff from behind closed doors," said Manning, whose company helped CMS
win its case when a pedestrian bridge collapsed after a race in 2000.
"I've been doing this for 45 years. When we go to court I've got photos
and measurements. We haven't seen any photos. We haven't seen any
measurements." NASCAR officials said they can't release specific data
used to defend their case until the final appeal is heard.(full story

It sounds like you are guilty until you have overwhelming proof of innocence.... Wasn't that one of the reason we have the Constitution? Oh! this is Nascar, I forgot.
It is sort of like when people were upset at the NFL for suspending Ben Roethlisberger even though he wasn't convicted of a crime: This isn't the U.S. legal system. NASCAR can do what it wants, when it wants, and thats' why no one trusts NASCAR. There is no oversight. It is a sanctioning body, judge, jury, executioner and PR firm for itself all at once. Explain to me that arrangement can ever be fair.
Have you heard this before "it is what it is" ??
Yes i'm all over NAZICAR being the hammer. However what i'm surprised at is the fact that no members of a team whose car is being taken back to R&D are allowed to witness the discovery of an in fraction. Like I said before , even at the local shorties you get to watch your heads pulled, valves measured, cubic specs checked and all that. just sayin it ROTS you can't be there while they make their "CLAIMS". Thanks for listening
