Come on. We've been hearing every week that next week will be different with Kevin in the car. This started at Bristol, remember. However, he hasn't run a full race yet! But, some how, next week will be different? I'll believe it when I see it.
Ed
Robby last ran at Loudon 1 week ago & it was a full race. Robbys next race in the #7 is at Texas & Phoenix.
I am honestly amazed at the amount of "fair weather fans" there are on this forum. Back off on Kevin Conway and give him time to learn his way around the tracks. Take a look at where he is at the end of next season and then say what you want to say about him then.

Everyone is quick to point out what a good businessman Robby Gordon is and I agree. How about Kevin? It looks like to me he can put together some good deals too. Now these two Men have teamed up together and it could work out very well. But, nothing happens overnight.
RPM will loose atleast 1 team next year, but could keep a 3rd car... looks doubtful of landing a driver & sponsor but RPM could add the 78 Furniture Row team...how? Seems Richard Childress is still the (official owner of the 78 points) and could move those points over to Paul Menard in 2011 if none of his RCR teams win the Championship. If Bowyer, Burton or Harvick win the Championship then that driver would be eligible for the Past Champions Provisional and would swap owner's points with Paul's team, leaving the points with the 78 team.
Would Robby come and see any of us if we sucked day after day year after year ? Sooner or later you have to put up the #s.If the money is not there then go drive for someone. K C, will not keep this car in the top 35. Giveing up 25/30 points a race will not do it.Some one in the #7 will hit a wall or a dnf in the next 8 races.#38 is doing good. Its just to bad , Im a fan but, it is what it is . Thank GOD for U. S. A. C . THIS WEEK. 3 nights of bad boys !
Hang in there.
Playing in the most competive form of racing with multiple car teams, with much larger budgets. Need to survive know (adapt) and come back swinging in 2011, hopefully with 2 cars.
I like USAC too and of course the World of Outlaws.
Cyndi will make me hang in there. But with Robby only doing two races in the # 7 out of 8 that are left , there is no way it will stay in the top 35. We like this kid Brad loyet .He won 20 some races last year. Its go big or go home with him . Just like A kid.lol
Me thinks 35th place will be decided at D'ga, who doesn' crash there races at Daytona in 2011
not true at all. #7 wont have any problem staying in the top 35,even if they wreck at Dega.
RGM will catch & pass the 71 very soon. The 38 still has to qualify on time, if they DNQ once, they'll be almost done. FRM is not exactly lighting the Cup world on fire either. FRM's 3 car team has lost lots of speed since Extenze money departed. RPM will close up atleast 1 team, possibly 2. RGM will be in the Top 35 at Daytona The 71 team has Labonte at Texas and nothing else right now, they will be doing some S&Ping fo sure!

RGM has managed to keep a 84 point lead running old back up cars at Bristol, Atlanta, and Dover while S&Ping. With 8 Full races to go and Robby in 2 of those with RGM "A" equipment...I'll take that bet. Naysayers, put your money where mouth is!
I really hope that there is some "hope" for next year.... Made it to three races this year: Vegas, The Glen, and this weekend at Dover. The Vegas race RG spent most of Staturday, just trying to get the car through tech. Never got to qualify, and I don't even think that he got any practice laps. The Glen was a disappointing performance this year (which is unusual for RG there), now this weekend RG wasn't even there, and all the #7 scanner chat discussed was how many laps they had to turn before they could park.... All this, and no RGM merch hauler at ANY of the races. So I "protested" this weekend (not that it did any good!), and I wore all my "retro" Robby stuff. Jim Beam shirt and hat, Menards shirt, Harrahs hat, Fruit of the Loom hat, and a #55 Motorola shirt for the Busch race. Then after KC parked the car, I switched my scanner over to the #18 car...
did you walk the frontstretch before the race ?
